How it's different
- Per-clip, not per-day. Each entry has its own micro-journal. The reasoning lives next to the evidence.
- Inline as you triage. While you're reviewing the clip, the textarea is right there. No second app, no friction.
- Searchable later. Filter to "every clip where I wrote 'FOMO'" and watch them as a batch — the pattern is usually obvious.
- Auto-saved. Type, walk away, come back tomorrow — the note is exactly where you left it, on the clip it belongs to.
What to actually write
Three lines is plenty: (1) the setup you saw, (2) the emotion you noticed, (3) what you'd do differently. After fifty entries, the recurring phrases are your weak points spelled out.
