How most groups use it
Friday afternoon: each trader posts their three most ambiguous clips of the week. Saturday: the group rates them blind. Sunday: the rating gaps become next week's discussion. Two months in, the group has its own internal rubric for "what makes a good entry" — earned, not inherited.
