Why "same day" matters
- Context decays fast. By Saturday, "I think I was in NQ around 11am because of the gap fill setup" is reconstruction, not memory. The clip preserves what actually happened.
- The lesson lands while you can still act on it. Tomorrow's session is hours away. Identifying the leak today means tomorrow's behavior can change.
- It's a 20-minute habit, not a Sunday project. Day-of review is short enough to fit between dinner and bed. Sunday-only review is long enough that most people skip it.
The day-trader workflow
- During the session, clips capture every entry automatically. No extra effort.
- End of session: open the dashboard. Triage queue is sorted by recency.
- Star the ones to copy, tag the ambiguous ones, dismiss the obvious.
- Tomorrow's morning quiz pulls from yesterday's clips first. The lesson stays warm.
