Why "same day" matters

Context decays fast. By Saturday, "I think I was in NQ around 11am because of the gap fill setup" is reconstruction, not memory. The clip preserves what actually happened.
The lesson lands while you can still act on it. Tomorrow's session is hours away. Identifying the leak today means tomorrow's behavior can change.
It's a 20-minute habit, not a Sunday project. Day-of review is short enough to fit between dinner and bed. Sunday-only review is long enough that most people skip it.

During the session, clips capture every entry automatically. No extra effort.
End of session: open the dashboard. Triage queue is sorted by recency.
Star the ones to copy, tag the ambiguous ones, dismiss the obvious.
